BambooHR is a human resource software service that provides tools for daily HR tasks so that you can focus on people, not paperwork. With National HR Day approaching, the Bamboo HR team asked us to help them celebrate HR professionals across the country while highlighting their software.

Our solution

We created a week-long giveaway awarding HR professionals with their choice of prizes, including physical items like a mini buddha board, yoga mat, matcha tea set, and digital rewards such as a Cameo gift card, Calm App membership, and Sworkit membership. We invited fans to engage across Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn to participate. Four influencers also posted CTAs, encouraging their following to engage with BambooHR handles to drive additional awareness. Our microsite also invited fans to nominate an HR professional, who then received a unique link where they could choose their prize. With both mailed and digital deliveries, BambooHR was able to maximize the scale of the giveaway, driving mass awareness across the country.
